The People of Joy’s Hope Siberians
As most of you already know we are basically a household of females, my poor son doesn’t stand a chance with all the divas in this house. I am the primary owner of the cattery, but could not manage without the ongoing help and support of my daughter, Heather and the undisputed wisdom of my granddaughter, Joy. Joy, who is the "Queen" of this family, complete with multiple tiaras to prove it. Everyone here participates in the kitty chores as that in itself sometimes seems like a full time job. As a registered nurse case manager I do have another full time job other than the cats and kits which keeps me pretty busy. I have always been a caregiver at work and at home. I guess you could say that nurturing is my business. I love people and all God’s critters can always find a place in my heart the first elements in that recipe.
I would like to dedicate this web site to my three grandchildren who have given me more love and happiness than words could ever express. Joy Marie, Aidan and their late brother, Jacob Rory who lived among us for such a brief moment in time, a mere 2 months and 5 days, but taught me more about cherishing each precious moment of each day than anyone will ever know. His beautiful little life lives on in the hearts of all of us who knew and loved him.
